Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

The Syrian government and its allies have absorbed a U.S.-led attack on Saturday and the targeted sites were evacuated days ago thanks to a warning from Russia, a senior official in a regional alliance that backs Damascus said. "We have absorbed the strike", the official told Reuters. "We had an early warning of the strike from the Russians ... and all military bases were evacuated a few days ago," the official said. Around 30 missiles were fired in the attack, and a third of them were shot down, the official said.

So Assad doesn't follow Donald on twitter? He had to wait for Putin to tell him? Damn he needs to work on his intelligence network most of the rest of the world knew a full day before Assad.

This is the result of Dementia Don warning Putin on Twitter to start. I'm sure there was a phone call later on telling him just what bases were targeted.

Dotard the traitor once again tells our enemy the plans before the battle.

Tell me how Fox News would have let Obama have a pass on that.

Wasn't not warning the enemy one of donald's talking points way back when he didn't think he would have to be president?

Would deaths be a better end result than what was accomplished in the strike: destruction of infrastructure?

You can apologize for President Puppet any ways you like.

If they are soldiers on a military base that gasses their own civilians, then I say they got what is coming to them.

Considering thought that Putin and Puppet cooked this up with Assad to be a mass destraction from Comey, Mueller and now Cohen I can see why you would excuse it.

Now I am quite positive that if Obama warned an enemy where they were going to strike the fake patriots here and on Fox Nooze would have an utter ---- storm meltdown over it. You included.

I guess FDR warned the Japanese that the Fat Man and Little Boy were coming.

Did Churchill warn Hitler where the D Day invasion was coming?

You Trumpterds will carry his traitorous water no matter how heavy.

If the past is any predictor, we prolly told Putin who told Assad where we were striking so he could clear his people out.
The gassing deserved a response, though, no matter how we got to where we are now.

Yesterday's precision strike to target and neutralize chemical warfare production infrastructure is not comparable to the two WWII operations you listed.

726, you are being dramatic and not analytical.

I wish Obama would quit broadcasting to the enemy exactly what his plan is. What a horrible leader. Sad!

No, lefties wanted our actions at the United Nations to be our response, not missiles. Why bother having a United Nations? What is it supposed to be for?

Re: #19

Why bother having a Congress (as far as measly things like war declarations are concerned), for that matter?

No. But FDR knew Pearl Harbor was going down.

Once you understand that Putin and Assad are not Trump's enemies, then it makes sense.

Trump had been warning anyone who would listen all week.
