Missouri Governor Eric Greitens was indicted in St. Louis for felony invasion of privacy. The indictment comes after Greitens was accused of restraining and taking an unauthorized nude photo of his mistress and threatening her that he would spread the image if she told anyone about the affair. Greitens has admitted to the affair occuring while he was running for Governor in 2015 but denies threatening her or that he ever photographed her without her permission.

‘Gov. Greitens has to go.' Some lawmakers call for resignation or impeachment

Gov. Eric Greitens is facing calls for his resignation or impeachment after his indictment Thursday for felony invasion of privacy.

Sen. Jamilah Nasheed, a St. Louis Democrat, called on House Speaker Todd Richardson, a Poplar Bluff Republican, to immediately begin impeachment proceedings.

"Gov. Greitens has to go," Nasheed said. "Missourians thought they voted for a person of character and integrity, and instead they got a liar and alleged criminal."
