Nunes has admitted he did not read the FISA Applications. One member and two investigators were allowed to read the FISA Applications. Trey Gowdy did. Gowdy says the Memo does not discredit Mueller.

So how does he know what was used, and more importantly not used, in the applications? How can he make accusations of bias?

Nunes is an hysterical ninny and a Trump stooge, as if there's a difference.

Hey, stop me if you've heard this one.

Does anyone else remember that time -- it was around a year ago, as I recall -- when Devin Nunes was forced to recuse himself from the Russia investigation for engaging in a coverup on behalf of donnie dollhands?

That wild eyed liberal Trey Gowdy can't be believed. Hold tight Trumpeters. The truth will not be revealed and your God will be safe.

This isn't a big deal, Trey Gowdy did

It is important for the American public to know if the dossier was paid for by another candidate, used in court pleadings, vetted before it was used, vetted after it was used, and whether all relevant facts were shared with the tribunal approving of the FISA application.

While this memo raises serious concerns with the FISA process, I have been and remain confident in the overwhelming majority of the men and women serving at the FBI and DOJ.

As I have said repeatedly, I also remain 100 percent confident in Special Counsel Robert Mueller. The contents of this memo do not - in any way - discredit his investigation.

Trey can say this because having seen the actual application, knows the Russian Investigation (whatever that is) has nothing to do with the FISA application or warrant which amounted to wiretapping a Presidential Candidate and President Elect.

As I have stated; publish it, publish the warrant and attached affidavit. Something some people can't seem to grasp. The only way to have a FISA warrant to spy on an American, the FBI must show the target is an "agent of a foreign power," not merely in contact with a foreign power. So whom where they targeting?

The law makes it difficult to show someone is an "agent of a foreign power" to make sure it is not misused to spy on Americans..

All this was put in place to prevent another WaterGate ....

"Trey can say this because he is getting out before he gets tossed out on his crooked ***."

Because he's not running again he can finally be honest. Get a grip Andrea, yes you have party members quitting rather than continuing with the crooked mission of the Republican Party, some of them had consciences buried deeply within their souls, which are only revealed when they no longer need the party to get them elected. You should examine yours (conscience that is). Every Republican should but don't be surprised when the evil you have done overwhelms you and you can't look at it. The GOP has done everything it could to tear down everything FDR did, if you think that is good then you are definitely an evil person. That is simply the truth.

How in the world can the FISA warrant issued on Page in October 2016 amount to wiretapping a presidential candidate or the president elect when Carter Page, by his own admission, took a leave of absence from the Trump campaign at the end of September 2016 and never served on Trump's transition team?

"In a long interview, Carter Page also told me he is taking a leave of absence from his work with the Trump campaign due to the controversy."

Also, Trump claims to have never met Page, so a warrant on Page would in no way have been the equivalent of wiretapping Trump, either as the nominee or the president elect (from above article):

After the election, Trump's advisers continued to distance their boss from Page. When Page, returning to Moscow in December, talked to Russian reporters about Trump's victory and promoted his ties to the president-elect, the Trump campaign's lawyer, Don McGahn (now the White House counsel), sent Page a "cease and desist" letter. "You never met Mr. Trump, nor did you ever ‘advise' Mr. Trump about anything," McGahn wrote.

After all of the misinformation in the paper, you would think would at least lie about reading the applications. Hasnt this guy learned anything from his revered leader.
