Let's just say for laffs that this all leads to Jane Sanders being indicted and even prosecuted for some sort of impropriety involving her and this small college in a small state like Vermont ...

How would that compare to the $1.5 trillion quid pro quo tax-cut between Republican lawmakers and their campaign donors?

Please answer that question.

How does it compare? I would suggest that despite those facts, both Sanders and most of those republicans will retain their seats.

There's corruption that equates to beer money ...

Then there's BIG TIME Corruption THAT WE ALL SAW WITH OUR OWN EYES that involved buying the levers of government in order to loot the United States Treasury.

Instead of arguing over petty ideological greviances, how about focusing on the really big problems that are wrecking the country?

Or how about starting your own thread?

Corruption is corruption, whataboutism is deflection.

You're funny. We could expect you to post that drivel every time there is a thread on corruption over "beer money".

But that would be as stupid as you.

Poppycock

You know the old saying -- as Jane Sanders goes, so goes the United States of America.

Have fun working yourselves into a screaming lather over the doings of the wife of America's most popular politician.

I have never seen anything criminal in this. Gross incompetence? Absolutely. it's to be expected when a socialist tries to engage in capitalist activity. But criminal? I don't see it.

We hashed this out in 2016 election season when even the Hillary crowd was trying to discredit Bernie over a bad financial decision his wife made. It was shredded then and is still bunk. Tell me again why partisans on both sides are so scared of Bernie Sanders????? He must not be as irrelevant as they want us to believe.

Marietta reads like a crazy old Havisham who reneged on the school. Jane endured the initial process of reaching out and verbally securing the monies and now takes the blame even as Corrine watches the school sold off. She might have dementia, which explains her coy non-response on any specificity to the grand jury about the pledge discrepancies. Heartbreaking.

Jane and Bernie Sanders have vehemently denied any impropriety surrounding the land deal.

Well, there you have it.

They denied it so, therefore, according to the New Rules no impropriety!
