PS Many times they will pay you to give up your seat.

Me. Please please I'll give up my seat for 5 grand. PICK ME PICK ME.

I've lost a few seats I booked with points to people who booked with cash.

The tiny print is some rewards points programs will point that out.

I was bumped off a flight that I paid for a month in advance.

But my worst experience was a 5 hour flight to Hawai'i.
Ladies and gentlemen we'd appreciate it if you didn't get up to stretch your legs or walk about, enjoy your blood clots.

And when we got there I got to see my girl and my guitars out in the pouring rain out the window.

But Kaui'i made it all worthwhile.

Who's cash? Who does she work for? Who does she have power over?

It's not surprising those that want bigger government also want those that work in government to be privileged, notice the Congress man next to her.....

Here's the rub...

If this was a Republican, you would be outraged, and I would agree with your outrage.

Why can't people who pay for seats bump people who used points?

Hard to say if that's what happened. The airline is saying she cancelled her flight with a phone app during a maintenance delay.

"Sometimes it gets ugly. For instance, when one peasant of a flight attendant failed to serve the food Jackson Lee requested, the congresswoman went wild. "Don't you know who I am?" she reportedly shrieked. "I'm Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee. Where is my seafood meal? I know it was ordered!"

That inflight incident was in 1998, and Jackson Lee has only increased in seniority since. She sits on the Committee on Homeland Security and she serves as the ranking member of the subcommittee on transportation security, no doubt, giving her even more sway over the airlines and even more of a reason to feel entitled."

In other words, she's a prima donna who abuses her position of power
