Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

America's brand has taken a major hit in the age of Trump. At least that's according to a survey that ranks the world's best nation brands. The United States lands with an overall No. 6 ranking in the Anholt-GfK Nation Brands Index, which measures 50 nations in multiple categories, including governance, exports, culture, people, tourism and immigration/investment. The United States was the overall No. 1 in 2016, but Germany took the top spot this year. The source of America's big drop? President Donald Trump, says Simon Anholt, a political consultant who developed the brand survey more than a decade ago.

Think of the trashiness that comes to mind when you hear about the "trump" brand. No surprise America under president trump would shift to a more white-trash brand.

An index based upon perceptions? Yeah no bias in that .....

Simon Anholt is a globalist, so the rankings seem reasonable. Any antiGlobalist governance and your ranking drops, I hope we drop another 20 spots based upon this ranking.

BTW: I am surprised all the Liberals today are Globalists, remember when you were for the working union man from Detroit.

There is a balance that is needed, we have gone over the edge of FreeTrade destroying and dividing the nation of the rich and the not so rich, yet Liberals here and everywhere would have you believe the US needs more OpenBorders, PPT and massive amounts of debt to improve our situation.

Let's deal with the criminals you elected. Your complaints are increasingly quaint relative to that.

LOL.

You don't think asking people about their biases is a reasonable way to determine their biases?

I don't know what you studied in school, but it clearly wasn't people.

If only it weren't for the rest of humanity, we'd be #1. The problem is those 95% who refuse to see the Donald's great vision.

This isn't globalists vs nationalists. This is humans versus monsters. Intelligent People versus morons.

You don't turn to a idiotic greedy egomaniac billionaire who makes his products in china to save the middle class.
