Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, Democrat of New York, who holds Hillary Clinton's former seat, said on Thursday that Bill Clinton should have resigned the presidency after his inappropriate relationship with an intern came to light nearly 20 years ago.

Asked directly if she believed Mr. Clinton should have stepped down at the time, Ms. Gillibrand took a long pause and said, "Yes, I think that is the appropriate response."

And now that it doesn't matter in the least, she courageously comes out and and speaks the truth. Websters defines hero as a type of sandwich or person of great courage. Gillibrand is a baloney sandwich on soggy bread.

It does matter.
A lot.

It matters, in that current events and Dem past actions are finishing off Hillary's comeback hope. Cleaning house is never a bad thing.

I don't agree with her at all. Bill Clinton was the President of the United STates, his responsibilities were far greater than the implications of a consensual sexual episode with an adult requires. I don't approve of what he did with her but we needed him to remain as President. Think not? OK, let's just look at the ramifications of the next President. Personally, I'd endure another Monica Lewinski scandal any day rather that the unnecessary war, economic collapse, etc. that resulted from the next president who tough he did desert his post in the Texas Air National Guard, did many other disreputable things that spoiled rich boys do, he did not have a sexual scandal in the WH. I would still choose Bill Clinton over him any day, scandal and all.

Then you must love Trump. So far, zero extra wars. Very scandalous sexually.

Hopefully it stays that way but his economic policies will make income inequality much worse.
