1:54 p.m. " 'You're just a child and I am the District Attorney of Etowah County, and if you tell anyone about this, no one will ever believe you," ' Nelson claims Moore said to her before either she fell or he pushed her out of the car.

1:59 p.m. "I was not going to allow him to force me to have sex with him," Nelson said. "I was terrified. I though he was going to rape me. At some point, he gave up."

1:58 p.m. Instead of driving to Nelson's home, Moore pulled to dark area behind the restaurant, Nelson claims. Nelson says Moore groped her and tried to force her head onto his crotch.

1:54 p.m. One night when Nelson was 16, she was waiting for her boyfriend to pick her up from work, but Moore offered a ride. "I trusted Mr. Moore because he was a district attorney," Nelson said.

1:52 p.m. Nelson says Moore would pull her hair and flirt with her.

1:51 p.m. Nelson said she had a boyfriend and was no interested in having a dating or sexual relationship with man twice her age.

1:50 p.m. Nelson said when she was 15 years old and working at the Old Hickory House off Highway 431 in Gadsden as waitress Moore was a regular customer, who would stay until closing time, sitting at the counter.

1:48 p.m. Allred says political affiliations aren't a motive for the allegations. "I did not contact Beverly. She contacted me."

1:46 p.m. Allred calls for Senate Judiciary Committee to call a public hearing about the allegations. "Beverly is willing to appear at such a hearing to testify under oath," Allred says.

1:45 p.m. Nelson alleges Moore said no one would believe her about the allegations, though she told family members years ago.

1:44 p.m. Allred says Nelson was 15 and 16 when the sexual assault allegedly happened.

1:43 p.m. The accuser was identified by Gloria Allred. The Alabama woman's name is Beverly Young Nelson.

An Alabama woman is expected to disclose allegations of sexual assault against Roy Moore during a press conference today in New York.
