Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Friday, October 27, 2017

A conservative New York Times columnist says Republican lawmakers privately expressed grave concerns about President Donald Trump's mental health after a luncheon this week. David Brooks tucked away a startling nugget in Friday's column, which made a lengthy comparison between Trump and Steve Bannon's takeover of the GOP and the Bolshevik takeover of Russia one century ago. "Trump and Bannon have filled the void with their own creed, which is anti-biblical," Brooks argues. "The American story they tell is not diverse people journeying toward a united future. It's a zero-sum struggle of class and ethnic conflict." "The Republican senators went to the White House and saw a president so repetitive and rambling, some thought he might be suffering from early Alzheimer's," Brooks writes. "But they know which way the wind is blowing. They gave him a standing ovation."

No matter to Republican Lawmakers if Trump is suffering dementia as long as they can pass more Transfer of wealth tax law which takes Billions of $$ from the middle class and poor Americans and serve it up to their fabulously wealthy donor class.

So long as he keeps pushing their 1% agenda they will keep the useful idiot around.

There's something wrong with Donald's ability to think. That's evident each time he's allowed to speak, unsupported by others

He was at full dotard before he had the GOP nomination, the GOP lawmakers were just too moronic themselves to realize it.

"The Republican senators went to the White House and saw a president so repetitive and rambling, some thought he might be suffering from early Alzheimers "

Repetitive and rambling is just Trump delivering his usual sales pitch about how AMAZING he is and how TREMENDOUS America will be under his presidency. He does that when there's no bouncing ball to hold his focus.

He needs that tax reform badly and the clock is ticking.

Or it could be something as simple as a pay back for Senator Flake's desertion.

Trump is not a big thinker. He's a cowardly opportunist. And Flake was in the room.

Should not be a get-out-of-jail-free card.

Don't you need a functioning brain to get Alzheimers?

This is something that disgusts me ...

The Dem senators and 65% of America already KNOW he is mentally ill.

PINCHALOAF

"No integrity" but lots of fear that their name might show up in one of Trump's tweets if they don't kneel and kiss the ring.
