North Korea's top diplomat has called US President Donald Trump's speech to the UN "the sound of a barking dog." Speaking to the UN General Assembly on Wednesday, Trump said he would "totally destroy" North Korea if it posed a threat to the US or its allies. Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho's comments were North Korea's first official response to the speech. Ri told reporters near the UN headquarters in New York: "There is a saying that goes: 'Even when dogs bark, the parade goes on.'"

"If [Trump] was thinking about surprising us with the sound of a barking dog then he is clearly dreaming."

When asked what he thought of Trump calling Kim [Jong Un] "rocket man", Ri responded: "I feel sorry for his aides."

Hhahaha... that's very good... they have the same saying in Pakistan... "The cars won't stop moving.. keep on barking".

Surprising how Asian cultures have the same sayings (more or less) even though Pak and Norkistan have absolutely nothing in common.

"I feel sorry for his aides."

I don't. They chose to work for an orangutan.

I am only posting to comment on an all J Tremain thread. He's talking to himself. Answering the voices in his head?

Dogs begin to bark and hounds begin to howl
Watch out strange cat people
Little red rooster's on the prowl
If you see my little red rooster
Please drive him home
Ain't had no peace in the farm yard
Since my little red rooster's been gone

Soooo, yesterday Gropenfuhrer told the leaders of African nations that he's really impressed with the Howard Kurtz treatment for Africa. Today during his remarks to German, Czech Republic and Slovakian leaders can we expect that he'll endorse the annexation of the Sudetenland?

Kim's giving trump too much credit.

Barking dogs have far more credibility than tweeting trump.

Ok, if it's just dog barking then do something. Don't act tough if you don't plan on backing it up. If you think you can get away with attacking one of our allies in the region, do it if you think he is just barking and won't retaliate. This is your invite. Don't just respond back with words that make you look even more vulnerable than you already are.

Donald Trump is like one of those dogs who growls under his breath, barks a few times for attention, lifts his leg, pisses on his neighbor's lawn, sniffs the spot in celebratory pride for a few seconds, and then moves on to his next target, completely unaware that he has also sprayed urine all over his 3 other legs.

#13's stance on foreign policy:

"Dude"

"Bruh"

"Throw the first punch, dude"

"I'm right here bruh"

"Then do something dude"

"I am, bruh"

"Come at me"

"Step off bruh"

"Just try something dude"

"Watch out bruh"

*Cue intensive shoving*

Good advice but the Manchild Trump just can't help himself.

Could they be trying to say "dog whistle"?

You seriously never have a clue what you are talking about, do you? It's painful to read.

Unless North Korea attacks, Trump's going to do nothing. He is literally just a dog barking at this point. There is no bite. North Korea will continue to produce nukes and test missiles. And Trump will continue to sound like an idiot threatening them but doing nothing.

You're overestimating his wisdom and intelligence.

Also if the russia investigation gets close to trump and his businesses, there is no predicting what he would do in order to distract the country and win some support. Starting a war is a great way to make people stop questioning their leader. And trump has no compassion or human morality of any kind. He'd gladly get a few hundred thousand peasants killed if he thinks it could get him out of jam.

"He is literally just a dog barking at this point."

Or more accurately just a dog farting then sniffing and licking his own butt.

Kim Jong-Un calls Trump's UN speech 'declaration of war' and brands US president 'mentally deranged' in rare speech

"Now that Trump has denied the existence of and insulted me and my country in front of the eyes of the world and made the most ferocious declaration of a war in history that he would destroy the DPRK, we will consider with seriousness exercising of a corresponding highest level of hard line counter measure in history."

Okay, no one said it, so I will... I think North Korea just threatened to eat our President.

As far as the PDRK is concerned, The smaller the dog, the more they bark. I predict that we may blockade that little festering sore on the planetary stage with the cooperation of China. We don't need to bomb them or put boots on the ground. Just lock them into their own prison. They do produce about 80% of their own food, if all goes well. That isn't the case for farmers. 20% of the time things do not go well at all.
