The Guardian: The Chinese government has granted preliminary approval for nine Donald Trump trademarks it had previously rejected, in whole or in part, the Associated Press found, a turn that is likely to fuel further allegations that Beijing may be giving the president's family business special treatment. ... "The speed with which these appeals were decided is mind-blowing," said Matthew Dresden, an intellectual property attorney at Harris Bricken in Seattle. "I have never seen any decisions made that quickly. That suggests special treatment." ... China has also granted formal approval for dozens of Trump trademarks in the last few weeks, bring to 39 the total number of official registrations China has given the Trump family business since Trump took office, according to records.

Let's not forget that the Saudis put $100 million toward Ivanka's pet project. They will claim over and over that they are contributing to the cause by being associated with the donation. (is there even a check made?)

Saudi's donating to womens rights group is like the Klan donating to the NAACP.

Close your eyes and you can see Xi Jinping at the table during the Trump cabinet meeting. Vlad is there too.

Considering how long Trump has been fighting for those Trademarks... It's a hallelujah miracle or bribe.

An interesting NPR piece on Trump properties sales on NPR yesterday. It used to be shell companies purchased just 4% of Trump properties but since the election that number has jumped to 70%. They did say the pricing wasn't out of line for the properties but one has to admit it is highly suspicious.

Must be coincidence, right?
Meanwhile, no significant activity in the South China Sea. China continues to build military bases on artificial islands in international waters. Also must be a coincidence, right?

THIS is more evidence of quid pro quo for not naming China a currency manipulator (in violation of his election promise), than anything the GOP was ever able to draw between the CGI and Hillary's time as SoS.

I wonder how much it would cost ISIS to get Trump to ignore them. 20% of their oil revenue should do it.
