President Donald Trump said Friday the decision over whether to give Jared Kushner a waiver on his security clearance will be "up to" chief of staff John Kelly. ... The president's son-in-law and senior White House adviser has been working on an interim security clearance since joining the White House in January 2017, accessing sensitive information including the president's daily intelligence briefing. He is one of dozens of staffers, including his wife Ivanka, working without permanent clearance.
The White House's handling of clearances came under scrutiny after reports that Kelly had been aware that former staff secretary Rob Porter, who was accused by his two ex-wives of verbal and physical abuse, did not have a full security clearance in part because of a previous protective order granted during one of his divorces.
What? You mean you can't have all sorts of clandestine and financial dealings with Russian oligarchs and still get a security clearance? Whodathunkit? It's ridiculous that he ever even applied for one. Yet, this sold out piece of crap is privvy to classified information every single day. The Russians know everything he knows, bank on it.
Just another problem Humpy created that he could also solve with the stroke of a pen.
Excellent work hiring only the best qualified people!
You people are GD f%$king traitors and/or disgusting human beings.

Hang in there brother. Stay strong and fight the good fight.
It ain't over until the Fat Man sings.
A real Hobson's Choice for John Kelly:
--Hold fast on the memo he sent out regarding security clearance, in which case Jared is out, and then so is Kelly (thanks to The Dotard, who would then reinstate his impaired son-in-law), or
--Let Jared slide and keep his position, thus blowing up Kelly's credibility, which may well cause him to be forced out, since he would be ineffective from that point on
Of course, if Trump were to get rid of Kelly because he made Jared walk the plank, and then Trump throw Jared a lifeline, Trump would allow a security problem to be openly questioned by some--but not those in the GOP, who got their tax cuts and now don't give a ---- what Trump does...
