10 Page Memo Is Too Lengthy For the Dotard

The Nunes memo, released last Friday, alleges that the FBI improperly sought surveillance on a former Trump campaign adviser. But Democratic lawmakers say the Nunes memo is riddled with errors and omissions, and prepared a rebuttal memo to set the record straight. The House Intelligence Committee voted unanimously on Monday night to make the Democratic memo public, sending it to the White House for review. Asked today if Trump had read the Democratic memo, White House Chief of Staff John Kelly suggested it was "too lengthy" for Trump to read and he will instead be briefed later. The average person reads a page in about two minutes, meaning a 10-page memo would take about 20 minutes for most people to read.

The airline safety card is too lengthy for Trump to read.

All reports say that Trump is an extremely lazy person -- as in lazy when it comes to learning policy details that a president should know and understand, and not reading something like a 10-page memo would fit that bill.

Why would Kelly reveal such an embarrassing fact?

Please, Trump can't make it to the end of a Ziggy cartoon.

Um, this is not accurate.

Here:

But over an hour later, Gillman sent out another pool report indicating that he had misquoted Kelly. In his actual remarks, Kelly didn't cite the length of the memo as a reason Trump hadn't read it, but did cite the fact that he had only just gotten it.

"Has the president read the Democratic memo?" asked a reporter.

"He has it. It's pretty lengthy," Kelly responded.

It was only when asked if the president had read the whole thing that Kelly responded, "No no, I just gave it to him."

"He'll read it after this?" asked a reporter.

"Oh, of course, yeah. We'll get some people down to brief him on it," Kelly said.

A few of the reporters who spread the initial, flawed quote later issued corrections.

The memo is 10 pages long, so according to Kelly, for Trump that is "pretty lengthy". That is the story here, and it fits with previous stories about how Trump won't read the PDB or anything else for that matter unless it has graphs and photos and multiple references to himself.

"Sorry to break up the-----------."

You missed the point of Kelly's comment. See my post above. Imagine Trump trying to read the 40 to 80 page (I don't think we know the exact length) FISA warrant the memo is based on.

What Gal said.

Yea, still don't believe he read it.

This should be a breeze for someone who can tell a giraffe isn't a cat.

He didn't read it.

There were no girly pictures or mentions of Trump.
