Secretary: I don't think Paul Ryan read the whole article...

So uh, @CBSNews tracked down the secretary who got the $1.50 @SpeakerRyan was so excited about and she doesn't seem super thrilled.

Ryan, like many arrogant people, doesn't understand sarcasm as his expense.

Ryan understands and laughs his ass off when he is in private. The Republicans knew exactly what they were doing, they didn't need the money but it makes them feel superior to f**k the rest of us.

What? Paul Ryan (A wholly owned subsidiary of Koch Industries) not smart enough to pick up on sarcasm?

He's starting to challege Sarah! for the dumbest failed VP nominee in history.

Already has the title of most corrupt.

In Sarahs defense, she was probably unaware just how dumb she is. Paul on the otherhand is should know better.
