Tabloid: Melania Trump Stayed at D.C. Hotel

Daily Mail: Melania Trump has spent a number of nights at a posh D.C. hotel away from President Trump following allegations of a fling with porn star Stormy Daniels, White House sources told DailyMail.com. The first lady opted for time away from her husband since news of a possible $130,000 payoff from the President's lawyer to Daniels to cover up an alleged tryst was first reported by The Wall Street Journal. ... Daniels, who has starred in movies such as Good Will Humping and Operation Desert Stormy, claimed she could intimately describe the president's manhood and even revealed sex positions they had enjoyed. At the time, Melania would have been caring for her and Trump's four-month-old son Barron.

More

One well-placed source said: "Melania spends three to four days a week away from the White House and has stayed at a hotel in D.C. multiple times in January, often for days at a time. She also travels up to New York. ...

"Talk among staffers is that the Stormy Daniels affair hit her hard, it's been upsetting and humiliating and her relationship with President Trump has become strained."

The chicken chowder is rotten.

As if Melania is either surprised or gives a ----.

Some women stand by their man.
I guess that clause isn't in the prenup.

Melania's prenup:

1) I don't touch your money.
2) You don't touch me.

I don't care what Melania thinks, what I wonder about is what trumps daughter Ivanka thinks about her dad cheating on her Ivanka

" her "relationship" with President Trump has become strained,' a White House source told DailyMail.com

Relationship? ~ I guess that's one way of putting it.

I guess none dare use the word "marriage."

An ice queen like Melania is more likely worried that her life style is swirling the drain.

Ice queen, really!

CRASSUS

I don't think the 'First Lady' job was included in the marriage contract.

Anyway, the less she says, the better. She's sounds way to disingenuous when she has to memorize a speech ~ which is the only time she talks.

I don't have any sympathy for Melania. She made a marriage deal with a no-class philanderer. When a woman does that he has to take the bad with the perks. She can't say she didn't know.

I would feel sorry, though, if Trump stiffed her in a divorce. I mean, she did put in the time.

Since the WSJ story emerged on January 12 Melania has notably not made any public statements and was not seen.

She finally broke her cover on Thursday morning, making at unannounced appearance at the Holocaust Museum in Washington D.C.

lol..Melania went to the Holocaust Museum to cheer up.

#16 | Posted by kudzu at 2018-01-28 08:12 AM

Melania went to the Holocaust Museum to cheer up.

Reminds me of a story Jack Lemmon told about Walter Matthau ...

... he offers this story: "Years ago Carol talked Walter into going to Dachau (a Nazi death camp).

They started fighting on the train about something or other. They went through Dachau, still not speaking.

They were still arguing when they got back to the hotel. When they got up to their rooms, Walter said to her, absolutely straight-faced, ‘I just want you to know that you ruined my trip to Dachau!"'

Btw, Matthau was really good as Supreme Court Justice Dan Snow in 'First Monday in October'.

#19 | Posted by Twinpac at 2018-01-28 07:09 PM

Melania didn't leave because of Stormy. She already knew about the women back then. She left because of who Donald is currently having an affair with, reportedly Nicki Haley, that was cryptically alluded to in Michael Wolfe's book.

#20 | Posted by tonyroma at 2018-01-28 07:47 PM

She didn't stay at Trump's DC hotel? Oww that has really got to hurt traitor trump, she put his money in another man's pocket.

#21 | Posted by bored at 2018-01-28 08:52 PM

$130k is probably a lot more than Melania got. She is holding out for a ‘raise' or a ‘performance bonus'. Also, at the Ritz she gets her own TV remote and doesn't have to watch Fox...

The Palmer Report is going today with the Haley relationship.
Hard to believe any woman would be able to get into bed with him? LOL
She is with him politically, to be sure.
It'll be interesting to see how this plays out... and when the mainstream media starts going with it. I wonder that with social media being what it is these days, it'd be a bit more difficult to keep it down.
And Mueller knows about it, anyway. :)
One can hope it hits the front page.

The HairyPalmer Report
A proper leftwing conspiracy.

#25 | Posted by GOnoles92 at 2018-01-28 10:59 PM

"I have literally been on Air Force One once and there were several people in the room when I was there," she told Politico's Women Rule podcast.

"I've never talked once to the president about my future and I am never alone with him."

Ms Haley added: "It goes to a bigger issue that we need to always be conscious of.

"At every point in my life, I've noticed that if you speak your mind and you're strong about it and you say what you believe, there is a small percentage of people that resent that and the way they deal with it is to try and throw arrows, lies or not." www.yahoo.com

Well, seems she is correct here.

People talking about Nikki Haley without real proof is character assassination. I've never been a big fan of her politics but I would not say things about her such as I've heard lately. I wouldn't indulge in disparaging her except in regards to her politics. We need to move away from this era of inuendo and exploitation of politicians sexual lives. It is quite sickening, even for Trump and Melania. I will not listen to any more of it. We, as a nation, are better than this.

No, DANNI is right. Without proof we're just muckraking like a tabloid. There's plenty of stuff we know to be true without making it up.

#30 | Posted by Twinpac at 2018-01-29 08:16 AM

No, Danni's wrong in assuming that Americans, as a people, are better than muckraking, yellow journalism. We aren't. This is a violent, stupid, base, population. Things are only going to get worse.

#31 | Posted by TFDNihilist at 2018-01-29 08:56 AM

I've been following Palmer for about a month and take very little of it seriously.
Trump & Haley?
Can't see it.
This started with Wolff. We'll see where it goes.
As for what Mueller knows and doesn't know.
Haven't a clue. My remark was more in jest than not.
Still, ask Clinton if he thought Starr had Lewinski's number.

"No, Danni's wrong in assuming that Americans, as a people, are better than muckraking, yellow journalism."

There are those among us who buy National Enquirer and then there are those of us who never pay any attention to tabloids, are actually quite revolted by them. I wouldn't have one in my house, they are disgusting.

"As a nation, 62,979,879 voted for #DotardDonnie. We are not better than this muckracking. If 'Murica was better than this he would not have been nominated."

I don't think that the majority of those 62,979,879 based their vote on what they read in a tabloid? They're gullible, it's true, but there are so many other factors more than tabloid gossip involved. In all my travels during the campaign I never heard a single person mention a tabloid article.

Of course, I could stretch that out to its breaking point and say that Donald Trump was a "tabloid" all by himself because his b.s. is what they believed.

#35 | Posted by Twinpac at 2018-01-29 12:52 PM

Even the most partisan posters on this site know better than to link a National Inquirer article as proof of their claim. Their reputation for the ridiculous is too well known.

I don't see that name among Rcade's sources either.

#36 | Posted by Twinpac at 2018-01-29 01:06 PM

People talking about Nikki Haley without real proof is character assassination.

I am uncomfortable about the Haley affair claim also. Michael Wolff didn't make the allegation in his book. Instead he put a hint in and used interviews to connect the dots. That's pretty sleazy.

I am questioning running this link too, after talking to someone I know. The Daily Mail claims to have White House sources but its reputation is not great. I put "Tabloid" in the headline to show it was coming to a publication of questionable reputation, but in hindsight I probably should have waited for a more credible media outlet to run the story or ignored it entirely.

#37 | Posted by rcade at 2018-01-29 02:15 PM

Wait. I thought the Christian Family Council declared Trump gets a mulligan. Didn't Melania get the memo?

#38 | Posted by moder8 at 2018-01-29 02:19 PM

In the interview I saw with Wolff on The Last Word, he never said or even implied it was Haley. He also didn't say or imply it wasn't. Just said the reader could decide. Personally, if Trump is having an affair, I don't think it would be Haley. I hope she would be too smart for that, plus she's not his type.

It's Hope Hicks. She has no other reason for being there. A 27 year old with the qualification of "former model" is a dead giveaway.

Agreed. I don't think it would be Haley, either.

With the Stormy revelation (Stormy Daniels Once Claimed She Spanked Donald Trump With a Forbes Magazine...At his request), I think his primary motivator is punishment.

If that's the case, then the likely suspect is Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
