'Cash Me Outside' Girl Pays Off Mom's Mortgage

Danielle Bregoli, better known as the viral "Cash Me Outside" girl, gave her mom the ultimate Christmas gift: a check to pay off the mortgage on her house. The check was for $65,000, according to TMZ. ... The young Bregoli launched to Internet fame after appearing on an episode of Dr. Phil titled "I Want To Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Wielding, Twerking 13-Year-Old Daughter Who Tried To Frame Me For A Crime" and said the now-infamous phrase "Cash me outside, how bow dah" instead of "Catch me outside."

That's gnarly of her.

What else can you expect in a country that rewards the most unethical, immoral, bad behavior and penalizes people who work hard and play by the rules?

She acted badly on a TV show hosted by a celebrity psychologist who exploits vulnerable people by getting them to embarrass themselves on TV.

This girl became famous for acting like an insolent jerk disrespecting her mother on that show. What a terrible child.

Then she used the money from her fame to pay off her mother's mortgage. What a terrific child.

I think it's cool she did this. She obviously loves her mother despite her viral moment of infamy. Maybe she grew up a little. It happens. When I was 18 I was deeply embarrassed by how disrespectful I had talked to my mother at times during the preceding 1-2 years. I was fortunate that it didn't occur in front of cameras.

This is great! She will do well.

This is the same as OJ buying his mom a house with proceeds from the documentaries about him murdering Nicole.

It is money made as a result of bad behavior. As long as you can pay off your mom's mortgage by being a loudmouthed demon child, why would any kid choose to work a low wage job? You wonder why millenials wont work hard like we did when we were kids? Its because many of them think they are the next cash me outside girl

Only to people who can't tell the difference between murder and rudeness.

Besides, she didn't make money from being an obnoxious child on Dr. Phil. She made it by turning her brief moment of fame into a rap song that got 20 million views and earned her a recording deal.

Amazing energies. Totally misdirected but still. Impressive actually. A complete and total merging of reality and fantasy. And she made money off it. Oodles and oodles of money.

How bow dah?

America... what a country!

#10 | Posted by donnerboy at 2017-12-27 01:29 PM

And now we have thousands of Americans leaching in their mother's basements believing they don't have to work for a living because they are going to be the next youtube star.

Free market will pay them for their "services." What's your beef with the free market?

So what? Does their existence offend you or something?

The "morality" of the "Free Market" is: if it's not illegal, what's your problem?

#15 | Posted by WhoDaMan at 2017-12-27 03:06 PM

Bipolar people have good days (like this) and bad days (like when she was on TV).

exactly:

Republican rulebook:

phase 1: remove "job killing regulations"

phase 2: do the bad behavior the regulation prevented and penalized

phase 3: "I didn't do anything illegal"

Gotta love a country where the trash are rewarded better than those who actually matter.

This is why we love war and hate peace in this country. You can't sell peace.

Maybe it is only me, but I have a feeling like that "bad day" on Dr. Phil was a scripted launch for her music career.
Or, maybe her meme-ness was organic. In which case, she is incredibly lucky as her 15 seconds of internet-viralness fame as lasted long enough for her to cash in.

"Gotta love a country where the trash are rewarded better than those who actually matter."

Matter to who? You?

She was given at least $65K for having done something...if only just mindless entertainment.

I guess you fancy yourself the feller who gets to decide who matters and who doesn't?

"This is why we love war and hate peace in this country. You can't sell peace."

This has nothing to do with war...this has to do with a culture obsessed with reality TV. This country did just elect a reality TV star as president, after all.

"In which case, she is incredibly lucky as her 15 seconds of internet-viralness fame as lasted long enough for her to cash in."

Honestly, it seems to me like she made a pretty sound, if not caring decision to pay off her mom's mortgage. Let's be honest...most 15 year old kids would have gone out and bought an expensive car that they couldn't yet drive. She's likely smarter than most grown up lottery winners.

They are offering no services so they wont get paid and my tax dollars end up supporting them because our society makes them believe they don't need to work for a living they can just be outrageous on the internet and thats enough

..."because our society makes them believe they don't need to work for a living they can just be outrageous on the internet and thats enough..."

Our "society" doesn't do that...progressives do that.

That was one of Bernie's key platforms.

Really? Show us mad.....

The only platform I saw asked that the fruits of their labor go to the laborers and not just the plantation owners.

"The only platform I saw asked that the fruits of their labor go to the laborers and not just the plantation owners."

Spoken by someone who clearly has no concept of the way humans interact with each other economically.

No I am painfully aware of how the owner class exploits labor. So is Bernie. I am just one of the people who thinks we should work together to make things better.

If you think that exploitation is not only the way it is but think it is the way it should be then shove off.
