Trump's Constant Attacks Are Hurting Morale at FBI

President Trump's criticism of the FBI is reportedly damaging morale among agents in the bureau, current and former FBI officials told The New York Times. The agency's new director is also reportedly under pressure to remove people whom he perceives as loyal to former Director James Comey, including Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. Current and former F.B.I. officials say Mr. Trump's criticisms, and those of normally supportive Republican members of Congress, have damaged morale in some quarters of the bureau.

Isn't that why he does it?

F--- Trump and f--- the GOP.

It's disturbing how demanding they are on personal loyalty these days.

It's almost as if they, nor their sycophantic idiot supporters, have a clue as to what our form of government means.

It might be more disturbing that they are changing what it means.

Trump is in legal trouble. So he has launched a political counter attack against the FBI. Like any bureaucracy, it has its faults, not the least of which is decades of false forensic testimony on demand of guilt against the innocent.

Trump hopes to build enough popular support to prevent Congress from ever acting against him. He holds about 32%, which ain't enough. If 2018 sweeps the GOP out, as it should, if ordinary people have any sense of their own best interests, he'll be in serious trouble. But by then it'll be 2019 or 2020 and he could start another war, which never fails to rally public support, because we are a nation of idiots led by a moron, just like Mencken described our politics.

"As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron." -- H. L. Mencken.

Aren't the Righties always bleating about how they support Law Enforcement? I guess since now they insult the military and support the Russians, anything is possible.

Trump loves to hurt morale. Day in and day out he tears down individuals, institutions, other countries, minorities, people who look different, people who disagree with him politically, people who actually agree with him politically but dare express disagreement on anything at all, and on and on. Have you seen his Christmas Eve tweets? Nothing but personal attacks. Amazing.

These are public servants who dedicate their lives to protecting us. It is not acceptable to hurt them for partisan games. Someone needs to stand up for them. Where are the Dems in this?

Yeah, that one time Obama criticized the Supreme Court eight years ago is exactly like what Trump does on Twitter multiple times a day and every time he makes a public appearance.

They support local law enforcement (ostensibly). They hate the Federal Government. That's because they are Confederates at heart.

Has the Dotard-in-Chief (DIC) even admitted publicly that Russia attacked our Democratic institutions yet?

Or is he still too busy attacking them himself?
