Alameda County Judge Yolanda Northridge tripled Daly City right-winger Kyle Chapman's bail after he posted a YouTube video explaining that he "can't ... carry a knife" as a condition of his bail, "so I carry a kubotan [keychain weapon]." Chapman was originally arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon during a March 4 rally in downtown Berkeley after he beat anti-fascist counter-protesters with a stick, earning the nickname "Based Stickman." ... As a condition of his $135,000 bail -- which Chapman posted in September -- the self-described "protector of freedom" agreed not to "own, use, or possess" dangerous weapons. But in a video posted on YouTube on Nov. 5, prosecutors say Chapman flouted that agreement. Holding up kubotan, he explained, "This is what I carry on my key chain, guys. I will peel your scalp with this thing." -- Raw Story

Will these juveniles just settle down....and quit being professors?
