Andrea Mackris Joins Lawsuit Against O'Reilly, Fox

Two more accusers have joined a defamation suit against Fox News and Bill O'Reilly, alleging that he violated their confidentiality agreements and disparaged their motives. Andrea Mackris and Rebecca Gomez Diamond have joined the suit filed on Dec. 4 by Rachel Witlieb Bernstein, a former Fox News producer. Like Bernstein, both Mackris and Diamond were cited in an April 1 report in the New York Times as having obtained settlements for alleged workplace misconduct. Mackris filed a detailed sexual harassment suit against O'Reilly in 2004, and received approximately $9 million, according to the Times. The story alleged that at least five women had received $13 million in settlements. O'Reilly, who was fired in response to the story, denied that anyone had complained to Fox's human resources department. He later claimed that the allegations against him were politically and financially motivated.

Mackris is suing Nulli O'Reilly?

Did he break out the falafel/loofah again?

Wasn't her new sailboat from Trump enough?

And when I say Trump I mean kid's, seniors, the poor... and every taxpayer whose credit card it is being put on.

PETE

"The D-bag will never learn."

O'Reilly is waaaaay too far gone for that. He's the type who will play the victim for the rest of his life.

I wonder if Mr O'Reilly ever called her Andrea Mattress.

Now who is going to lead the fight in the War on Christmas?

To most people like myself, O'Reilly has been an obvious perve and a flim flam artist for years and years. How he fooled so many is beyond my comprehension. Some progressive radio stations have read excerpts from his novel on the air, if you didn't know before that you definitely did after. I have looked forward to the laughable "War on Christmas" for many years, it was hilarious and the dumb asses that joined in, as if it were a real important thing, are jokes.

I guess O'Reilly enjoys losing.

Is this our Andrea Mackris?

So I take it your independent research shows that O'Reilly is innocent, Humtake? Will you have to testify?

Just because a headline says something you agree with doesn't mean you can ignore your intellectual responsibility by understanding what you are talking about before spouting ignorance.

Are you new here? Most of the comments made by the Usual Suspects on both the DR Left and Right have nothing to do with the article, since they can't be bothered to read more than a paragraph or so (if that) before their confirmation bias kicks in and the inanity spews forth.

Which actually makes it fun IMO.

So since she made a big deal about it, she must be lying? What about the other 20 or so?

#12 | Posted by Sycophant at 2017-12-21 12:46 PM

This is too meta for me.

Nothing to do with the Headline. Headline just says more people are joining a lawsuit against him - what's to agree with? It's a FACT. So what if one of the people suing him was "one who made a big public deal"? I don't know the terms of her agreement and I don't know EXACTLY what she did that is so terrible. I am however pretty sure that she and/or her console isn't stupid. She got the word out on what an ----- he is? Great. So what does it have to do with suing him now?

The fact that Bill O'Toolly publicly said nobody every went to HR about him and then claimed that the allegations against him were politically and financially motivated broke the terms of his own mutual mute contracts with people. He made defaming statements about his accusers in general. Since his statements are recorded and widely distributed and it is pretty easy to prove they did go to HR they have a great case.

OK Kellyanne.

Thanks for those Alternate Facts.

Hey Hummertake, are you really that much of a half-wit????

Innocent people don't "settle" false cases against them with HUGE cash payouts. Especially extremely wealthy people like your hero Bill O'Liely!
