Mercedes CEO Glimpses The Future

In a recent interview, the Mercedes CEO offered his vision of the future: Owning cars will become obsolete. We'll have an oversupply of lawyers. Medical diagnosis will be replaced with an app. And that's just for starters.

Thinking about going into law? Think again. Ready to invest in today's car companies? Might as well burn your money. Believe insurance companies are safe? Boy, are you in for a shock.

We can tell Trump is lying without an app, yet he is still allowed to do it.

There is one thing the CEO doesn't account for. In fact, no futurist ever accounts for it, is high-level corruption. The futuristic mainstream novels that are about corruption, for example, 1984, are the ones that always seem to be prescient, once the reality catches up with them.
