I have no fears of Obama winning in November. It is Hillary and her supporters trying to scare people into believing that her supporters won't support Obama in November.

Oh yeah, he'll have no problem winning on all sides of the Ohio River; Ohio, PA, WV.... where we lost the last two elections.

He can win those state plus states that Hillary couldn't dream of picking up.

Moreover, the notion that a dem has to win WV is not as relevant as it once was. Obama will pick up states like Virginia, Missouri and maybe even Colorado. Hell, he even has a shot in Kansas and North Carolina (although I don't think he should spend too much time in NC). The demographics are constantly changing and Obama is picking up support in places where Clinton can't on top of picking up the blue-collar support come November.

That isn't what I heard this morning Corky. Huckleberry's ex-campaign manager was discussing numbers that showed Obama would still win WV, not as handily as Clinton, but he would still win.

A 40 point, 2 to 1 thumping should give SDs pause about anointing a candidate that will likely lose blue-collar workers, and the election, in the fall.

That's why more SDs have come out to back Obama today. The empty threats regarding blue-collar workers are just that - see the MSNBC poll of WV voters, 51% of whom said they would back Obama in November compared to 31% who said they would back McCain.

Also, lost in this is the independent vote that Obama is pulling in. Obama will not only have the blue-collar workers in November but also a sizeable chunk of the independent vote as well.

Doom and gloom doesn't work any more, and it is a pathetic attempt to scare people into backing Hillary.
