Landrieu claims she never took money from Abramoff - even though records indicate money she received went through him. There are also questions about Landrieu hiring a former Abramoff staffer that was instrumental in funneling Abramoff's money- an ethically suspect move during a reelection campaign.

If I were a betting man I would imagine that Florida will be allocated half of their delegates, but the delegates will be apportioned by voting results. That is what the Repubs did and would seem fair.
As for MI, their legislature already came up with a compromise but Hillary has rejected it. I really don't know how MI will be resolved, especially when Hillary admitted that it wouldn't count back in November, but they will end up splitting the baby somehow.
Whatever happens Obama will still come out with more delegates and more votes, but there is still no reason to force Hillary out. If she wants to waste her money go ahead and let her.
