Ok come on where have you been All TV and radio can now be shut down by local police using the new emergency broadcast codes. Preventing you from seeing anything but the official recording. Even your phone will respond to the codes.
The president can just push a switch and turn all radio and tv broadcast to his prerecorded message any time he wants.
Tv stations are not allowed to stop such messages even if they are involved in a coverup.
Its to late its all installed.....

This isn't entirely true. The President has the authority to send an EAM (Emergency Action Message), and when TV and radio stations receive an EAM, all broadcasting is overriden. However, the police and other government people/entities do not have a way of generating an EAS message that would override broadcasts. Aside from the EAM, stations don't even have to participate.
All this said, Illinois' FEMA sent an inadvertent EAM code out, and I'm not aware of any stations interrupting their programming.
