I thought that this was a questionable move by McCain, in all honesty, but I thought she came across very well in her speech.

I think that she will destroy Biden at the debates, and will do a very good job as the attack dog during the campaign. Did this make me want to vote for her, I don't know, however, she did far better then Quayle did in his debut, that is for sure.

FYI-

He is in HS, and the age of consent in Alaska is 16.

BTW, the obsession with all things Palin by the DR Left is frankly getting a little creepy.

To me the brains and values that a person has is a lot more important than looks. I look at the situation as you may very well have to spend your life with that person in some way or another.

She is morally vacant and intellectually bankrupt.

My usual read on the person that says something like this when someone says "I'd hit that" is that the person making the "brains and values" statement either 1) considers the woman referenced as waay too good looking to consider fucking him, well, ever, or 2) trying to justify the fact that his wife/gf/partner was repeatedly hit with the ugly stick yet he still "loves" she/he/it. Or both.

Just sayin...
