The first Iraq war was done with backing of the UN.
The invasion in 2003 was done against the will of the UN.
Even the famous (lie) speach of Powell did not convince the Security Council. The US never brought a resolution to invade Iraq before the SC because they knew, it would be defeated.

Are you joking? It is only 8 years ago that by the close of the Clinton administration, America had created 22 million new jobs. The nation built a new economy with the lowest child poverty rate in 20 years. Wages were rising and prosperity was shared. The country produced balanced budgets and a surplus.

Germany turned the tide on the weekend. The German Goverment used 500 billion Euro on the turnaround.

The White House will become a house of prayer --- though policies will strictly still abide by the Constitution.
Bush was called into the White House for the war.
Now the next President will be called into the White House to bring reform and peace and prosperity.
No more wars. The economy will recover and with the introduction of alternattive fuel energy, the economy will skyrocket. Then all national debt will be wiped clean.
