The Republican National Convention will be the most fabulous convention in the history of our country. And I don't just mean most fabulous political convention. No real estate convention, medical convention or even pornography convention has ever put on an extravaganza quite like what you will see in Cleveland, believe me. Don't listen to the lyin' media about convention speakers. My phone has been ringing off the hook with people who want to speak and help begin the process of Making America Great Again. We have more requests for speaking slots than probably any presidential candidate has ever had, that I can tell you. Far, far more than we can accommodate.

More idiotic corporate bashing.

According to Nut, Ichiro, 726, Mustang, tons of other populists on this site, let's eliminate trade altogether. That's the ticket!!! Jobs will be rolling in by the thousands!! Are you dense? Voting for Trump?

Any area that is heavily involved in international trade attracts business and consequently creates jobs. Most USA cities have non-profit organizations that deal with local governments and corporations (yes, those evil mothe******!!) to encourage local investment. In my area, it's the Beacon Council, doing a magnificent job in educating local talent in the key business areas responsible for Miami's growth: health, aviation, trade and logistics, finance, etc. Miami is one of the few major trade centers that actually has a trade surplus, primarily due to its location as a point of entry and exit to LATAM. Yes, corporations do benefit with profits, as that is their reason for existence. But they employ and pay taxes (here's where my above friends start laughing).

Secondly, outside of the US, isolationism is another disaster in the making. Take Africa or any other poor nation. They've been plundered to death mostly by and association of despots with corporations solely seeking profits. No argument here, these are the real -------*******. However, are you telling me that these desperate nations can survive implanting a nationalistic policy relying only on their own goods and service. Why do you hate the 1%ers so much? Corporations, who entered Africa clearly as predators are now for the most part allies. Decades ago, Third World countries (areas) such as Bermuda, the Bahamas, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan opened the borders to trade and are now prime examples of the benefits on international trade.
