and once again we are at the end of the sunday news show presentations and there was a clear winner today and its a veteran of the winner of this war.

on russert, we got the usual new york times editorial panel and on georgie we had george will, of course but we also got cokie and sam to shout him down......
and georgie let harry fuckin reid ramble on and on with lie after lie and exageration after another, but when some lady from mccain's camp said anything he interupted her and wanted more details or more facts....( which is not bad and which is what makes wallace, by far, the better interviewer)....with every chance georgie asked her to explain or the like when reid was allowed to lie unabated.
for instance....reid accused mccain of all sorts of things WITH NO COMMENT FROM GEORGE...such as temper, playing dirty politics with the comment about hamas LOVING the idea of a president HUSSEIN OBAMA......when it was AXLEROD HIMSLEF who not long ago SAID THE VERY SAME THING>........after the obama endorsement of barrywayne hussein obama....
and yet I watched them all and on abc there was a comment that I hadnt thought of....if obama is elected and hillary is the vp...that in the white house will be ALL THREE OF them.........would there be enough room for the egos in that whole house? I dont think so.

again as someone mentioned just a post or two ago. there was considerable amount of the usual liberal bloviating about this and that and all under the incorrect FACT of the case that they were suspended because of NOT STANDING......also consider that its an in school suspension and so the only real discipline is the old saw about "ITS GOING TO BE ON YOUR RECORD....anyone ever seen YOUR RECORD from HS.......I thought not...

and ONE MORE IMPORTANT THING......I have been in districts like this before and the rule on standing is to protect the students who, because they thinks its cool or their parents are still stuck in the 60's, dont want to recite the pledge...( trust me, the 1st amendment or the bill of rights is not the main thought for this crusade against american values, making some news or being 'cool'or different is)........and when they dont stand, they are the ONLY ONES SITTING and it might embarrass them and dont think of a minute that some kid or their parent didnt bitch about that......"SINGLING them out by the other students standing.

late last night ON PBS I watched 'american experience' and it was a fascinating look at the presidency of bush........HW 41 that is and they quoted a couple of government sources as well as the brookings institute and THEY said that even thoough the economy may have been the deal killer with 41's reelection, one week before the election it was reported that the economy grew almost 2 %.....a whopping figure.....and it went on to say......(REMEMBER THIS IS PBS) to say that a FULL 85 PER CENT of the clinton 'so called' surplus could be traced back to the deal 41 made with the democrat congress in 1990......

If Hillary rejects the MI deal I think more super delegates will desert her and go with Obama. I bet most are about sick and tired of her antics.

Im with you on this one and the rest of you should listen to two teachers who probably learned the hard way how to handle things like this....or midi might have just been born with the knowledge and I had to learn the hard way.....you dont throw it into the trash, you put it away and return it after school or you get principals involved....its what THEY Are ther for.........and you try and teach the student WHY its inappropriate and maybe WHY it incites people this way today.....BUT REMEMBER we are talking PE here and those lessons may not be appropriate or even a part of that lesson.....so with that in mind.....THE STUDENT bears responsibility for having it in gym class......

ah but there might be other factors as well....like why is the school the place for this 'demonstration'......
