#46 -The doctor can only conclude Brown's hand was near the gun. She is making up the part about grabbing it. Forensics cannot determine whether he was reaching for or pulling back when the gun went off. It could have discharged by itself.
Also, I believe Brown was shot in the arm four times with one or two on the inside of his arms which could indicate they were up, palms out, as some witnesses testify or it could indicate Browns arms were swinging as he was running away and being shot at from behind.

You can only get gunpowder on your hand is your hand is near the gun when it goes off. WTF was his hand doing inside the car? Remember, he was a 350 lb 'gentle giant' and the cop was a 180 lb weakling. v The cop would not pull him into the car.
