His lawyer, a US Navy officer, claims in separate NYT article that there is no evidence this kid threw a hand grenade and also declares the GITMO legal system a farce. Quite a statement from a US military officer. But of course, ignorant right wing losers know better than this Lieutenant Commander, who has direct access to all the facts of the case.
