When I first moved to Nevada 18 years ago I couldn't understand why so many people looked down on the illegals who I naively thought were only trying to make a better life for themselves. Well after a few years of working with, living next to and being friendly with them I realized my error of judgment and now I want to see ALL the illegals deported and an end to the "anchor baby" abuse of the 14th Amendment.

I can only hope that the bleeding hearts. do-gooders and myopic idealists wakeup before its too late. The U.S. economy will not be destroyed if we deport the illegals but if the illegals are allowed to stay they will drag our standard of living down to were it suits them.

McCain's position on illegals is the ONLY reason I won't vote for him. The other stuff I disagree with him about I'd be willing to bite my tongue and/or just bitch but the illegals need to be booted out of OUR country wholesale!

I live in Nevada the state with approximately 50% of the wild horses in the U.S. and as far as Im concerned these animals are not welcome. They are a nonnative species descended from horses which either escaped from domesticated life or were released by their owners who no longer wanted or needed them. They are an unnecessary strain on the already severely strained water supplies available to long established native species of the West which are more deserving of the water as well as the scarce feed available for the same native wildlife.

Federal protection of wild horses (for all practical purposes an invasive species) is uncalled for but rather than just kill them and waste the meat it should be used to feed prisoners here in the U.S. or sold to whoever wants it. Years ago I had the occasion to eat horsemeat and its not bad at all.

In one of those great ironies of this thing we know as politics the 0bamanites here on the Drudge Retort who put 0bama on a pedestal right up there with their other pseudo-deities are making the best argument for McCain to be elected the next U.S. President the Republicans could hope for but hey if thats what you really want keep it up the good work.

Whichever it is in each individual case sexual, anger etc. counseling is seldom (if ever) the answer. In cases of stranger or child rape the only logical response should be prison.
