Hate crime laws have been implemented in a racist manner, which seems to have been the intent from the jump since none of the supporters of hate crime laws seem to have any issues with the racist enforcement of these laws.

That is exactly correct I have seen this first hand when the choice was made to prosecute a person under a hate crime law.

The local DA for our county has actually stated (behind closed doors) that White people simply do not fall into an "oppressed minority status" therefore they are NOT protected by Hate Crime Laws even if the Victim is repeatedly called Honky, Cracker, Whitey, ect ect during the beat down,,,

....Spud lives in Canada where they have universal, single payor health care......

....they pay half as much for it, and get better health outcomes......
