They Suffer from Battered Conservative Syndrome. Much like the Battered Women Syndrome. The Conservative suffers from the same affliction. Instead of an abusive Spouse beating and Humiliating the other. The spouse that is abusive is the ones who are in charge of the Conservative Party as well as the ones who are in charge of the Government. They go against everything the abused stands for and believes in. The average Conservative voter knows He or She is being abused but rationalizes it as this must be good for Me because they are fellow Conservatives and they are in charge. They could go out and look for another spouse(Party) but they feel that they need to stay in the relationship because they feel trapped and sometimes fall into a faux sense of security. As long as the abuser is feeding them(Saying what they want to hear) they are passified. They continue this relationship even though it's not good for the Country because that is all they know. They know their abusive spouse is doing wrong but they won't change their minds. I didn't know if I should post this or not but there are a lot of people on the Retort that I still love and care about, PLEASE be extra careful on the OTC medications that You take, I damned near died this past saturday morning because of the OTC medications Ibuprofin and Aleve. I had went to take a dump(Not a RCADE style of dump mind You) and shat out a half gallon of blood. I had been feeling real shitty(Pun not intended) and went to do My business. I had gotten up from the toilet and collapsed in the hallway. I spent all day saturday all day sunday and most of monday in the hospital. I have now a huge ulcer just below the stomache and a hiattle Hernia because of the OTC NSAIDS. PLEASE BE CAREFUL with this type of stuff because it can kill. It damn near did Me.
