Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Wednesday, May 17, 2017

Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday that U.S. President Donald Trump had not divulged any secrets during a meeting in Washington with Russian officials and offered to prove it by supplying Congress with a transcript. But a leading U.S. Republican politician said he would have little faith in any notes Putin might supply. Two U.S. officials said on Monday Trump had disclosed classified information about a planned Islamic State operation to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov when they met last week, plunging the White House into a fresh controversy just four months into Trump's tenure. Trump, whose administration has been dogged by allegations that Russia helped him win the White House and that he and his allies are too cozy with Moscow, has defended his decision to discuss intelligence with the Russians after media reports of the meeting alarmed some U.S. and foreign politicians.

HAHAHAHAHA
Putin is coming to little d's defense for the good of humanity, honor and the pursuit of truth.

I guess that settles it, if Putin said his spy in the Whitehouse didn't leak secrets it must be true.

I'd give a transcript from Putin about as much credence as a promise from Trump.

Hmm, what a quandary, who to believe? Putin, who says he didn't or Trump, who already admitted he did?

Putin would never lie. This case is closed.

I didn't know Putin was in the room but maybe his listening devices were.

Trump is an idiot ~ I.D.I.O.T. and so are his enablers.

(Trump to Putin: Psst ~ just pretend you've got a tape. It always works for me.)

Putin and his noxious orange kok holster need to get on the same page if they want to muddle through this fiasco.
