Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Monday, March 20, 2017

David Rockefeller, a billionaire philanthropist who was the last of his generation in the family famous for enormous wealth, died Monday morning in his sleep at home in Pocantico Hills, N.Y. He was 101. Rockefeller was the sixth child of John D. Rockefeller Jr. and grandson of Standard Oil co-founder John D. Rockefeller, the world's first billionaire. Unlike some of his siblings, David Rockefeller embraced business and spoke widely to champion capitalism. "American capitalism has brought more benefits to more people than any other system in any part of the world at any time in history," he said. "The problem is to see that the system is run as efficiently and as honestly as it can be."

In the next thirty years, I predict we will begin to notice that the super wealthy are starting to look extremely young and fit for advanced age. It will be denied that anything unusual is going on, but eventually we will realize that some kind of anti-aging treatment is a reality that only the rich can afford and they are guarding it.

He was a pretty amazing guy, unlike his 5 older siblings he enlisted in the Army in WWII and worked his way up through Chase Bank until he retired even though he never needed to work a day in his life.

It's expected.

Actually, Trump only contributed 24.9% towards Rockefeller's death, which admittedly was larger than Obama's 18.7%, Romney's 14.1 %, Sanders measly 13.5%, but smaller than the Clinton's 27.5% of the Rockefeller kill. That adds up to 98.7 percent, maybe Madcow can shed light on who is responsible for the remaining 1.3%????

Imagine the celebration on the right when Hillary dies.

If Hillary was president, Rockefeller would be alive today.

I don't have to imagine the celebration on the right when JFK, RFK, and MLK were assassinated. I remember it as a kid.

And I mean rwingers, not conservatives. That was back when there were moderate and even liberal Republicans. Now they are practically all rwing nuts.

I wonder why the comments on posts are way down from what they used to be.

Pulling the plug on irrelevant all night flamewars and trolling cut down on a lot of the post numbers.

"The blood of the young and healthy could one day serve as the ‘biological fountain of youth' for those hoping to challenge the inevitability of death.

It may sound like vampirisim, but the bizarre practice known as ‘parabiosis' has caught the attention of many life-extension enthusiasts – including billionaire tech investor Peter Thiel."
