Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Saturday, March 18, 2017

Hillary Clinton said Friday she's "ready to come out of the woods" and help Americans find common ground. ... "I'm like a lot of my friends right now, I have a hard time watching the news," Clinton told an Irish women's group. But she urged a divided country to work together to solve problems, recalling how, as first lady, she met with female leaders working to bring peace to Northern Ireland. "I do not believe that we can let political divides harden into personal divides. And we can't just ignore, or turn a cold shoulder to someone because they disagree with us politically," she said.

We need Hillary helping us find "common ground" about as much as the UN needs Rodrigo Duterte as a promoter of world peace.

Hillary probably has something to contribute to politics but I can't say I'm that interested in it. Her national relevancy is over. At best she could return to the U.S. Senate, but Kirsten Gillibrand is running in 2018 and Chuck Schumer just got re-elected.

Reminds me of the time when she said she has a public position on matters and a private position.

I doubt she could complete a full term in any office before croaking.

She's 69, younger than 25 current U.S. Senators and has the life expectancy advantage of being female. She could probably serve two terms.

Retirement is not a bad thing, Hillary should remain as a voice but she isn't ever going to be President. I'm not even sure she should ever have been President after reading about Donna Brazile, if Hillary knew about that she should have told us about it. The whole DNC thing just makes me want a total reorganization of the Democratic Party and all the top leaders need to be replaced. All of them.

If that's what you want to believe. During the campaign, there was a lot of talk in the alternate media about her epileptic seizures, symptoms of Parkinson, at least one stroke and a brain tumor. She was always accompanied by two doctors, one with an epi pen.

She didn't have the stamina to run an active campaign like Trump did. The last video I saw of her, she had to be held as she walked from a restaurant into a limo.

We'll have to see what happens.

That was coming from fake news sites and social media activity traced back to Russia.

The only credible health report on Hillary was after her bout with pneumonia. She was back campaigning a couple days later.

People need to use common sense about her health. If she was seriously ill she'd be out of the public eye. The election is over. There's zero incentive for her to cover up health woes.

It's a case of my fake news verses your fake news. Time will tell.

You don't understand what I meant by "fake news sites." I'm talking about entire sites in which every story is an intentional fake, not people calling a story "fake news" because they disagree with it on the facts. Presumably you know the difference between a news outlet you dislike and one that's a 100% fake.

There were hundreds of fake news sites that popped up in 2016. I called attention to them whenever somebody posted a link to one. Some were Russian, others were just clickbait scamsters.

First of all, her seizures were seen all over Youtube. I remember a video of a doctor who had experience with nerve disorders. My father had Parkinsons. This doctor described Hillary's symptoms with videos. The same as my fathers's.

Some were Russian, others were just clickbait scamsters.

OMG. The Russians again! That statement killed what little credibility you had.

We're not going to agree on this. If I'm on this site by 2020 and she is not at least wheelchair bound, you can tell me you told me so.

Lucky 13, Danni,

The Daily Show isn't as good as it used to be. Too bad Oliver didn't take it over. The two women they've added are absolutely fabulous and the Asian dude is hopeless. I still watch it. But it was more than I could take to listen to Donna Brazile last Thursday. I second Danni's motion to replace the DNC's corrupt, wimpy leadership in its entirety.

Breaking news! More Americans believe in Bigfoot than believe Hillary is honest and trustworthy.

"Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are the two most unpopular presidential candidates in modern times. But, as I point out in today's Washington Post, in a year of bipartisan lows, Hillary Clinton recently reached a new low, when an NBC News poll found that just 11% of Americans say she is honest and trustworthy. By contrast, a 2013 Public Policy Polling survey found that 14% of American voters believe in Bigfoot."

Hillary is now unfettered by some political yoke. She is well respected most places and where she isn't... well it is their loss. Like her democratic predecessors Jimmy Carter, Al Gore she is not defeated... merely redirected. People like them place humanity above the chatter of people who lack their vision. Meanwhile the Clowns are creating their latest persona non grata for the republiclown conventions and Bernie bots will find him playing in a checkers tournament in some mostly white podunk Vermont town coffee shop.

Like it or not the Clintons are well respected... the Obamas are well respected ... The Carters are well respected... Al Gore is well respected.

F@*# you and your lame statistics about popularity as if we are still in high school. The world does not begin or end with being elected to the white house. Trumplthinskin has clearly proven that. With him in office the US... acting as emperor... is nekkid.. fat ugly, orange... and has small... hands

There are those who fall into the celebrity cult followers niche... showing up at rallys... to see their saviors... they often mistake the crowd size as indicative of universal appeal. This is clearly evident by attendance at Trumplethinskin rallys where he is scheduled to appear and where he isn't. Its pathetic. However Hillary's loss and dislike for Trumplethisskins assumption of the office inspired millions all over the world to show up... not to see their favorite celebrity but to be seen by Trumplethinskin.

The world is watching... there are people that lead and those that follow...make no mistake Hillary leads.

John McAfee explains in detail how any good hacker can leave clues to point to anybody they want. The Russians would not be so stupid to leave a trail. Especially if they were actively helping Trump get elected.

What especially fascinates me about this hacking is the deflection from Hillary's treasonous crimes that the hacks revealed. According to my fake news sources, somebody in the DNC exposed Hillary's emails.

Claiming that the Russians hacked the DNC because of a Cyrillic letter found in some malware ignores the rest of the evidence against it. Once malware hits the wild, anyone can use it. Wake up, America! We are being deceived.

The sequence of events on 9/11/2016 on the ReTort was truly remarkable:
- HRC's public faint occurs around 11am EST.
- ReTorters deny it happened; HRC is a pinnacle of health.
- video is posted online by upstanding bystander (where were our traditional news outlets on the story?)
- panic on the ReTort ensures; is HRC near-death?!
- my proclaimations of HRC being very sickly and low-energy proven correct.
-HRC finally lifts the veil on her illness, says she has pneumonia, emerges from an apartment a few hours later to hug and possibly infect some little girl for a photo op.

The CIA and NSA are staffed by professional liars. If you want to hold on to the belief that the Russians were involved, be my guest.

If, for arguments sake, it was the Russians, I would praise them for exposing Hillary''s treasonous crimes.

If you watched the McAfee videos I posted, whatever he said went right over your head. You're not going to let go of your fixation on the Russians. And Hillary can do no wrong.

As an aside, the neocons are itching for a war with the Russians. And surely you know of Trump's plans to increase military spending. You're playing right into their hands. Someday, you might find yourself supporting Trump.

Not sure what she thinking with this announcement but I can think of two things that make sense. One would be that she's simply advertising her return to the high priced speaking circuit. The other would be that her intent is to use her influence among party loyalists to support establishment Democrats against the reform movement the Bernie represents. She could still hold political office but any position she could attain would be a step back from where she's already been and she doesn't seem like the type to move backwards.

Hillary was neither indicted nor convicted of any crimes, despite a ridiculous amount of money and time spent to investigate her.

You should not root for enemies of the United States who attack your country and its political institutions. That in itself is treasonous.

Of course. She is one of their own. For appearance sake, they had to through the motions of investigating her when they knew she would get a free pass. To indict her and put her on trial would put too much light and heat on DC corruption.

You should not root for enemies of the United States who attack your country and its political institutions. That in itself is treasonous.

I would argue that the support of Israel and the expansion of military aggression since WWII is the primary reason why we've been accumulating enemies. They have no interest on conquering us. Instead consider how 911 pales in significance compared to the death and destruction inflicted on small countries who are too small to defend themselves. They don't hate us for who we are. They hate us for what we've done to them.

As things stand now, Russia, China and Iran are not going to give ground. And the US is not going to retreat. NATO has all three surrounded by military and missile bases. From what I could learn, Russia has defensive systems superior to our own. Our carrier fleet are sitting ducks.

In my view, America has been occupied by a domestic enemy centered in Washington DC. I'll be rooting for them to get their asses kicked when this turns into a hot war. We better hope no missiles land on the continental US.

If the capitol of the U.S. gets "their" ass kicked in a war, neither you nor any other American is going to fare very well.

The use of "us" and "them" in your post is curious, since you don't seem to be rooting for "us" at all. I think that makes you a "them."

There is every reason to believe such a thing. Where does she still have great influence? Pretty much with party loyalists and that's it. Who pays her bills and who does she choose to spend time with? Moneyed interests who own the DNC establishment.

So if she's "coming out of the woods" where can she most effective and who is she most likely to be working for? She can be most effective in influence loyal democrats and she would most likely to be working for the interests that have made her rich already.

Is it a guess? Yes. But at least its an educated guess. Your critcism of what I said is just emotional blabber.
