Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Friday, September 23, 2016

Asked by Kasie Hunt of NBC News how he would have fared in the first presidential debate if he'd qualified to participate, Libertarian Gary Johnson gave part of his answer with his tongue sticking out of his mouth, an incredibly awkward moment in the interview. "That's never happened to me before," Hunt said on MSNBC's Morning Joe.

BTW, WTF?

Maybe he caught Hillary's "pneumonia". This particular strain is already known to cause involuntary head movements, tongue holes and extreme sensitivity to moderate weather.

Sexy lady sitting next to him, his reaction seems normal.

With the "what is Aleppo?" answer and this bit of massively awkward goofiness, Gary Johnson has not grown in credibility as a presidential candidate during this campaign.

If he does qualify for debates two or three, I think the public will be less impressed with him, not more.

Gary Johnson is lucky he isn't being investigated by the SEC for his penny stock investor fraud.

The physical awkwardness displayed in the interview may be the result of decades of cannabis use decreasing one's self-awareness.

You have obviously not used cannabis.

Decades of alcohol abuse has probably destroyed so many brain cells you are even not capable of looking it up or you would discover cannabis actually Increases self awareness. Sometimes even to the point of paranoia.

Being investigated for fraud hasn't disqualified Trump. #11 | POSTED BY BORED

It isn't a disqualification that I'm seeking, but an equal coverage of the fraud in the eyes of the media. Here we have the potentially juicy story of how when Gary Johnson was CEO of Cannabis Sativa, he promised (via media interviews and company press releases) a forward-stock split to be issued via a special dividend. This business maneuver was supposed to be filed in November 2015 and to be issued to shareholders six months from the filing date with FINRA.

A few other major shareholders (~1-5% stakes), recently organized a mass-contact campaign on CBDS's offices to inquire about where the forward dividend shares are.

Due to the many inquiries by activist shareholders of the small-cap company, CBDS was forced to issue a recent press release saying that "FINRA denied the application of CBDS to issue a special dividend."

The kicker of the issue is that when FINRA was contacted, on record, during a follow-up in a due diligence proceeding, they denied ever receiving any special dividend approval application from CBDS.

The crux of the business sketchiness comes down to:

Does the "Safe Harbor" provision protect a company's board of directors from legal vengeance due to the CEO purposefully misleading shareholders and interested potential investors?

Nope. But, I do have my pet peeves like anyone else.

I usually just go after the more blatantly ignorant on this subject.

And GOnoles is easy to go after as he is blissfully ignorant on most subjects.

I have extensive experience with cannabis, but I do not have the decades worth of consumption that Gary has bragged about accumulating. Chronic use over multiple years has yet to be studied on a large enough scale to determine what negative or positive affects may result from frequent long term applications of the herb.

Bill's did. At last according to ----- Paula Jones. And his other snake was no slouch either.

But does Played'oh Putin's flippy-floppy hairdoo serve a function like those little glowing parts that dangle in front of deep sea creatures' mouths to attract food, only, in Drumpf's case, fools?

The headline should be "Gary Johnson proves he's a cunning linguist."

And Drumpf is a master debater. He's certainly good at jerking his supporters around.
