"Video says it All."

Hey, that's exactly what I was going to say.

U.S. Manifest Destiny corresponds to the "Communist Manifesto, that predicted the inevitable triumph of the working class" [to establish the communist state]. It is not an ethical philosophy, whereas we know true communism is (all but) impossible.

Combining that song with the animation was great.

I wonder what Pat Boone thinks of this.

That about sums it up. It is a creepy story.

Funny using a Pat Boone, Andy Williams song.

It's suppose to be creepy. Religion is creepy when you open your eyes to it and start asking questions.

I had never seen this speech by Miko Peled, the Israeli General's son. Seattle. It is a very candid viewpoint that contradicts most of the 65 year history of Israel.

For instance the 1967 War that Israel and our media tells us was started by an Arab Army, but in reality by scheming Israeli generals so as to preemptively get Egypt again, and take more Palestinian land.

"but religion is reason humans have made it this far."

Every culture needs it myths and stories, but there is nothing useful about the anthropomorphic construct of a Superman-Heavenly Father.

Its not religion so much as the social skills, and hygiene that a religious people practice.

Israel could easily wipe these people out any time they want but they haven't.

While I don't know about the land, I do know that G-d gave Rock and Roll to you; gave Rock and Roll to you; put it in the soul of everyone.

You don't know that. Maybe we would be a lot "further" without it.

I bet we would.

Imagine a world without it.

It's easy if you try.

I think this video shows (without a doubt at least to me),
the overwhelming negative effects of too much religious fervor...
almost all of the cultures portrayed were fighting over that land
for inflexible religious reasons.......religion's have caused
what percent of the world's wars, 1/4, 1/3, 1/2?

Too much religion = bad fricking judgement, and a serious lack
of foresight...
