Even as Hillary Rodham Clinton looms as the overwhelming favorite for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination, the party's base is stirring for a primary fight. There's a pining for someone else, and a medley of ambitious Democrats are making moves -- many of them previously unreported -- to position themselves to perhaps be that someone.

Last time the far Left looked for the anti-Hillary, they found Obama... whom they promptly turned on viciously when he didn't deliver 100 percent of their agenda.

Why would anyone trust their choice this time?

Warren, and any other potential Dem candidate, who would, btw, be better than any of the the GOP offerings, must be wary of the same fickle-hearted treatment.

I guess it depends on who you define as 'far left'.

Very few lefties that I have seen have turned on Obama.

Hillary will ask Liz Warren to join her as the VP with the intention of eliminating the only real threat to her nomination.

Liz would make for a great estrogen charged ticket as VP, lol.

Artificially estrogen charged, you mean.

I hope this isn't exactly how Republicans felt during the failed "Anyone but Romney" campaign.

"Vice President Biden is making the rounds this summer rallying key Democratic constituencies and recently spoke on a conference call with his former aides "

His advocacy of an "unrelenting" stream of immigrants might please corporate America. He'll be well financed.

I do not want Republican Right Winged Hillary Clinton. This Country doesn't need her.

Anyone far left who thought Obama was their guy was not paying attention.

Now there is some perfect 20-20 hindsight for most. Perhaps you saw thru the Obama political positioning, but most lefties bought into the idea that he was Left of Hillary.

And now they mostly squeal like... well...
