Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Saturday, July 19, 2014

Sara Firth, a longstanding London-based correspondent for Russia Today (RT), resigned on Friday in protest at the channel?s coverage of the Malaysia Airlines crash. Firth, who joined the channel in 2009, told BuzzFeed that she decided to resign from the Kremlin-funded news channel because she felt it was "disrespectfully" attempting to pin the blame for Thursday?s Malaysia Airlines disaster on the Ukrainian government. "When this story broke I ran back into the newsroom and saw how we were covering it already and I just knew I had to go," she said. "I couldn't do it any more. Every single day we?re lying and finding sexier ways to do it."

RT is funded by the Russian government and has been often accused of being used to deliver government propaganda for President Vladimir Putin.

RT finally figured out she was a CIA operative and fired her. Quitting is just her way of covering it up.

Yep, Danni. She is a walking False Flag op, lol.

Vlady would never allow such goings on in his Utopia.

I've been reading quite a bit about the disaster in Ukraine, none of it is being reported truthfully in Russia.

If only she were a bit cuter and blonde, she could get a job with Faux News (seeing as she's already met their Putin-fawning quotient).

"Pathetic knee jerks are a tiresome lot."

But at least occasionally you're funny. It makes you slightly less tiresome than the other conservative knee jerks.

Was that an "I know you are but what am I?" You would be embarrassed if you had any self awareness.

I bet his face turns all red and the veins all pop out. Watch it Danni! Stand back! He gonna plonk all over you!

**** Sara Firth is just another CIA/Zionist Mole!!!

Perhaps Sarah Firth doesn't yet get it. The news media of 2014 isn't intended as factual objective "news". It is intended as propaganda by and for the benefit of owner operators of the media source, whether it be RT or CNN or the cable networks. It's at least 50% orchestrated BS and the rest is either fantasy or who knows.

Was this a good time for an ambitious newscaster to resign and step aside from RT? Just asking. Cynical means questioning the motives of those who might benefit through the use of a smoke screen of their own actions.

I think you mean paranoid conspiracy freak.

Every Flag is False to some people.

It would be great if media observers would recognize that historically the news has never really been objective.... Of course, there is bias and then there is bias...

Washington is really #1 in getting it's biases printed in the MSM. There's not much difference between the crony capitalism present and the crony MSM. The propaganda is something to behold.
