Kathy Perkins, founder of the pro-gun group Moms With Guns Demand Action, shared an article on Facebook about President Barack Obama eating at a famous barbecue restaurant in Austin, Texas, last week and commented, "Where's an assasin [sic] when you need one?" A user of the Alan Colmes site Libereland shared a screenshot of Perkins' post, which she later removed. Perkins also is an open carry advocate who confronted members of the gun control group Moms Demand Action at a Blue Mesa grill restaurant. "This is why we can

that's a riot cinsudering my recent, and subsequent correspondence with Perkins.
i thought i shared it here.

their soecials board had what was an incorrect Reagan quote about communist, whoever did it added into the quote the name Saul Alinsky.

i made the necessary complains, did not enter further on that day, and have since been written to (email) and apologized to...even they said it was a local franchise, they, the corp. offices, had them contact me.

i sought only various and certain clarifications before i went back...also giving them my several complaints about the entire thing, including the bs quote.

at first, after a week or so, after hearing nothing from the local folks whom i was told would write me...i did call (telephone) again, only this time i had searched out the actual bigger names and said that i would contact those, (i believe wikipedia has their info.)

anyway, this was the first email i got:

Gun freaks wouldn't be so bad is they conducted themselves in a responsible manner, e.g., locking up all their guns, storing ammo and guns in separate places, getting good training and ensuring that everyone in the house has the same, assuming all guns are loaded, etc. Ms. Perkins is too irresponsible to have a phone bill, much less a cache of guns. I hope her visit with the Secret Service and the FBI went well. She gets to be the subject of surveillance for the rest of her days...

Threatening or wishing anyone dead The President, a next-door neighbour, an ex or anyone else should be a life time ban on owning a gun or living in a home where guns are stored. NO SECOND CHANCE.

I'm sure the SS (Secret Service)is already keeping an eye on her.

I certainly remember the left makes some of the very same comments that they claim were jokes. Distasteful comment, but not calling for him or attempting to have him killed.

Isn't that free speech?

No wait under the USSR its a crime..........

What do you think an assassin does?

You're just a RW robot using the same arguments over and over. When faced with damning evidence, you resort to semantics.

What's with conservatives and their political correctness? Not a day goes by without some conservative slinking away from their free speech.

I believe she should be visited by the Secret Service very soon. It is ageist the law, federal statute, to advocate for the assassination of a POTUS. If the left does it they make a movie, so it's OK. Besides if I really hate the president, I would rather he be impeached, We don't need a fake martyr like JFK, this guy should live in shame for the fraud that he has perpetrated on us all. I don't want blood, I want justice.

But isn't the Second Amendment specifically designed to allow citizens to put the government's agents in fear of their lives, lest they become oppressors?

It sounds like you're trying to defang that Amendment specifically when it's relevant.

I remember the GWB days. A glorious time in protesting, when left-wing activists repeatedly called for Bush's death through signs, chants, and street theater.
