Robert Reich: Today General Motors announced that it has fired 15 employees and disciplined five others in the wake of an internal investigation into the company's handling of defective ignition switches, which lead to at least 13 fatalities. But who's legally responsible when a big corporation breaks the law? The government thinks it's the corporation itself. Wrong.

If we can't blame guns for shootings we can't blame corporations for crime.

However we can blame both on humans.

Right on tor. Holter just wants to go after the deep pockets of the corp and not the not so well to do people responsible. He is after the money.

Criminals from all walks of life need to be punished.

What I mean to say is that too bad there wasn't someone that we could vote for, someone who would offer hope and change, someone who would unite us instead of divide us, someone who didn't see America as red states and blue states but the United States of America. someone who knew the limits of their office and respected the Constitution. I would definitely vote for that person.

Then can we start with obama as he broke corporate law by illegally placing others [i.e., the UAW, etc.] in line ahead of the bondholders.

Who is going to prosecute the hand that feeds them? The corporate world feeds the Parties, the bureaucracy and the 4th estate/media.
