Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

A Canadian hiker has released video from mountains near Squamish, British Columbia, of a distant biped walking along a snowline that he suggested was not human. "The subject was clearly bipedal and was without snowshoes or a backpack," Myles Lamont wrote on YouTube of his video, shot two years ago. "We have encountered bears on the approach to this summit in the past, this video is most definitely not showing a bear or any other wild animal." Lamont says on the video, "Pretty sure this is Sasquatch down there. I can't see it very well. It's this little black dot walking in the middle of the snow in the middle of nowhere."

Well, the opening lines pretty much say it all:

"I'm pretty sure that's sasquatch down there. You can't really sit it very well, a little black dot..."

What? The guy admits he can't see it very well. He further admits it's just a little black dot. Yet he's "sure that's sasquatch".

Give me a break.

Well, from a still picture you can't see it; but on video it is moving, quickly, up that mountain in the middle of nowhere, & looks like a biped. It's pretty dramatic footage whatever it is. IF Sasquatch does exist i hope mankind never gets ahold of one.

I'd love to see a poll of people from the Pacific Northwest to see how many believe in Bigfoot. I'll bet it's a surprisingly large percentage.

It's likely a hermit miner heading back to his claim.

It looks like a human being. The only thing slightly wierd is the healthy pace at which he/she is moving over the snow and up a mountainside.
