"The only person I know who would even have a chance to change that equation in the least would be Elizabeth Warren. And I don't think she is even running."
Tough to aolve an equation when you are failing to take into account the most important variables. And if "rich" americans are winning, don't they count? What about highly paid profesisonal working americans? Doctors, lawyers, accountants, etc. Are they losing? Would they be winning if the government were taking more and more of their money from them?
I would contend that the vast majority of americans have already won-by the virtue of the fact that they were born here. You don't see many americans immigrating to anywhere else, do you? While america remains a popular immigration destination for people of all stripes.
"Why? Because things were better under BushJr with his tax cuts for all and wars that were paying for everything?"
Are you willing to share your criticism with Obama, which is already higher under Obama, and will probably increase considerably before he leaves office? Not to mention the fact that income earners are now going to have far less disposbable income due to ACA?
"The rich aren't leaving, fret not. holding them accountable for the vast amounts of money they take from our economy is only just."
Taking? You mean being given. The only way I know that a person can take money from another involuntarily, legally, is through the use of government coersion. Please show me where this is not the case. Zuckerberg didn't take money from anyone. It was given. Just like it was given to Gates, and Jobs, and Lebron James, and any other high income earner. And are you equally critical of those government programs that take money from the wealth creators, and give it to those who haven't?
