In startling contradiction to Senator Obama's presidential campaign claims, and criticisms of George Bush, President Obama has consistently used executive power in a fashion equal or greater than President Bush.

Every person seeking the Office of the President condemns the powers of those before them, and then expands the same powers under the hubris of "I know better."

#2 All they while they fail to reflect upon the tyrant that is to follow in their footsteps.

#3 They have no concept of past or future because their power is now. As Dubya said about how history will view him: we'll all be dead. They know better than those before them and don't care about those after them.

Anybody who wants the presidency so much that he'll spend two years organizing and campaigning for it is not to be trusted with the office. -David Broder

#5 This president has been organizing and campaigning for President for 6 years now. He is in his final term and still campaigning for president.

A serious reason to mistrust.

He is confronted with an obstructionist Congress so he uses the power of his office. If Congress would get serious and start trying to solve problems instead of only trying to bring down the President he probably wouldn't be using his authority as President as much.

Obama is confronted with a co-equal branch of Government that vociferously disagrees with his "solutions".

What do you expect them to do?

"Obama is confronted with a co-equal branch of Government that vociferously disagrees with his "solutions"."

Many of his solutions were their solutions until he made them his. They are on a vendetta against him, for whatever reasons, and oppose every proposal, every appointment he makes. They are now filibustering the third cabinet appointment, realize cabinet appointments were never filibustered in the past by either party. Buy a clue.

Proposals? Please link one here. That's the whole problem, Obama makes a talking point and seems to think of it as a plan.

Obama has no plans, no proposals, nothing written down that you can cite. Just vague ideas.

Link Obama's green energy plan. What? Can't find it? How about Obama's budget. Can't find that either?

When you finally give up finding an actual Obama plan/proposal to post, just post Obama's Final Four Picks instead; that should be easy enough.

The guy's too busy to be President this time of year. Brackets, Golf, oh and dinner dates with Michelle, the forgotten one.
