Interesting. I just had a couple of Jesus people come to the door. They left a pamphlet, of course, with a picture of Jesus. I was shocked. It wasn't the typical Jesus picture with the long hair. He looked almost exactly like the dude on Brawny paper towels. Yes, he looked gay. Is this the new Jesus image?

We made French Toast sandwiches. Spread between two slices of bread, dipped in French Toast batter and fried. Can also use as a spread on a Club sandwich or BLT.

In honor of my 1/8th-ness Irish heritage from my mother's father's mother, I'm boiling a corned beef for St Patrick's Day. Her name was Jordan, from the Irish Gaelic Mac Siúrtáin. Sláinte Granny!

Tonight I had one of my favorite poor white trash meals: Grilled cheese made with Velveeta and white bread. It's rare I stoop to such crappy food, but I was in the mood.

It has been log time since I had velveeta cheese, I am kind of picky about cheese, but but grilled cheese sandwiches are great!
especially with Chicken or Tomato soup.

I am kind of picky about cheese,

Me too. I never eat American cheese or Velveeta (not even sure if they are technically cheese) or white bread unless its a grilled cheese sandwich made with Mrs. Bairds (rcade knows what I'm talking about). Tonight was the first time I've had one in over a year. Man, it was good! And yes, some tomato soup would've been good with, but I didn't have any. So it was just the sandwich and a dill pickle.

I do. Mrs. Bairds is better than sliced bread.
