Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

'Sunspot numbers are well below their values from 2011, and strong solar flares have been infrequent,' the space agency says.

The image above shows the Earth-facing surface of the Sun on February 28, 2013, as observed by the Helioseismic and Magnetic Imager (HMI) on NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory.

It observed just a few small sunspots on an otherwise clean face, which is usually riddled with many spots during peak solar activity.

It's a moronic question to begin with, so what's the point?

JPW, You don't think that this could have something to do with climate change?

#13 | Posted by kwrx25 at 2013-03-09 05:07 PM | Reply | Flag:

The time frame for the phenomenon discussed in the article seems too short IMO for global climate change to be an issue here.

#14 | Posted by jpw at 2013-03-09 08:19 PM | Reply | Flag:

lol, I gotta feel for those pathetic bastards.

They fully expected the minimum to BEGIN 2013-2015... showing cooling evidence shortly thereafter
this would be 1/2 decade or so after they had successfully foisted the global "Carbon Credit" scam on all of us w cooked numbers

they then planned on celebrating their success at controlling climate by demanding MORE TAXES to keep climate change fixed

alot of institutions invested in this, alot of somebody else's money is no longer where it's supposed to be...
they can't hide the accounting scam forever

JPW, just where do you get off reading, analyzing, and understanding the article before commenting on it?

Damn show-off.
