"North Korea says it is scrapping all non-aggression pacts with South Korea, closing its hotline with Seoul and closing the crossing point between the two countries." Someone tell me I'm reading this wrong. It's one thing for North Korea to threaten to do things but is it actually now in the process of re-declaring war? Advertisement
