Muirhead and two fellow officers were confronted by 15 people who had reportedly been drinking, and an altercation ensued. A partygoer filed a complaint against Muirhead's conduct that night, and he faces disciplinary charges, including neglect of duty for not investigating the racial taunts made against him.
