Woman Jailed After 11 False Rape Claims

A British woman has been jailed after making a false accusation of rape for the eleventh time, according to authorities. Elizabeth Jones, 22, admitted she lied about the latest rape allegation because she "did not like" the man she accused, Southampton Crown Court was told. Her latest victim was arrested and questioned for nine hours before being released without charge. After a judge jailed her for 16 months, it emerged that she made her first complaint in 2004 at age 13 before alleging other men had attacked her over the next nine years. In 2009, she was given a ten month detention and training order for a similar offense.

That's a false report every other year of her life.

But wait she didn't start making them till she was 13.

That means she's claimed to have been raped at least once a year for nine years.

And her lated rape victim she targeted because she "did not like" him?

I think she qualifies as a sexual predator.

I could see her getting away with it once. But that it took 11 times before she was locked up is indicative of a real problem.

And yes, Matsop, the Duke accuser should have been charged with a crime.

But seriously - it took this happening 11 times for charges? If I was one of her victims I would have insisted on pressing charges against her. So hard to prove though. The taint of being accused will follow you around for a long time... Ruin your life. Etc.

Hope? no choice but? No that judge is a hopeless PIG.

She deserves the death PENALty for even one such "baring of false witness". Or faster & better, a vigilante solution by one of her victims. No way would a male jurror convict one of her victims in a situation like that. Its not just self defense at that point... its defense of all men.

Too bad the judge and PIGs try so hard to avoid administering justice (their job) and instead want to pile on. I bet they beat the crap out of some of the victims. Like a 9 hour interrogation, and prison wondering if they'll ever be free = a form of Torture!

No, but I've seen it done to the best of friends... their abuse paid for by taxes (which I pay a lot of), and nothing done to women with similar track records.

Sure I wish her and anyone else guilty of multiple false-violent-felony accusations DEAD --- to 7734 where the pooop is headed.

I also find it disgusting how the default for domestic is to arrest the male as though women never get drunk and violent. Ever watch the show Cops on TV? Even though its so overly filtered to be PIG friendly their abuse is nasty.

Guilty till proven innocent too. Its the sort of crap that makes the blood boil. Our USA is nearly killed a death of a thousand cuts (like this exemplifies). Lately it seems like a re-run of the history of Nazi Germany. I hear it was pretty nice for a while, as long as you werent accused of being a jew or gay or ... well by the time they had everyone accused and arrested and dead at war... Hitler seems one of the most evil to have ever lived. Right behind Obama, Bush, Regan, Nixon, and Pope Rat-zinger.

Why was she not prosecuted for the first one and the rest? Talk about sexism! These allegations can destroy a man's career, family and friendships and they let her slide until now?
