Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Monday, February 25, 2013

A letter to the editor sent to the Carteret County News-Times spread like wildfire around the internet. After being reposted on the Fox News Facebook page it received over 4,000 comments according to the News-Times.

The letter, seen below is written by a Liberal who like most of today's Left Leaning Loons living in "La-La Land"(a place Liberals say Obama is recovering an economy sometimes mispronounced -"America" by these people, for some reason).

As you will read in the letter below this pompous Leftie considers his reasoning and intellect to be superior to anything written in The Constitution and finds that his preferences should become laws governing lesser beings like us – Conservatives.

I thought Danni lived in FL?

Might have been written by a liberal but it reads like a spoof letter. The giveaway was the Macbeth joke in the last paragraph.

Yea, but it's a shame how much it sounds like what one of the liberals from this site would post...

I thought it might be fake too, but with all the Obama love lately, I couldnt be sure.

Figures that Ramboaz would fall for a spoof. Hahahaha.

I don't know Null seems to be that I've read DR libs saying stuff like this The Republicans are just trying to stand in the way, because the president is black. They even dared to question whether he was born in this country. many times. Looks real to me.

The letter actually looks like either Danni or Corky could have easily written it.

Like I said in my first, the giveaway that its a spoof was the Macbeth joke.

Why is it signed, "The Zombie Breitbart"?

#8 | Posted by Corky at 2013-02-25 11:34 AM | Reply | Flag:

The assumption the letter was written by a "stupid liberal" - absent any information supporting that conclusion - does lend some credence to the observations often encountered on the DR about "stupid conservatives."

I think he is smarter than some of the liberals on this site. Liberalism is more than a disease anyway. Born out of misery and then the desire to make others just as miserable as you. Liberalism is the way in which they make us just as miserable.

As it is everytime liberals get involved in trying to make something better they just make it worse. Just like the war on poverty, college eductation costs, and healthcare. In each case once the government got involved the costs skyrocketed but the quality of service did not.

When they do this simplifying-to-the-idiotic thing to you guys, do they actually suck your brains out or just inject something, hit it a few times with a swizzle stick, let the mush congeal, and call it a day?

Republicans believe it? I believe that.

"Right now, [the Constitution] says that a person has to be 35 years old and be a natural born citizen. Well, that is obviously unfair because there are a great many otherwise qualified people who cannot run for president because their mothers had to have a C-section."

LOL.

Some of you guys are *seriously* irony deficient.

I like how Boaz still considers this a legitimate example for the point he was trying to make about libruls even after its been pointed out he was duped by an obvious joke.

He's the best.

I wasn't duped, and I bet more than a few of you nodding your heads in agreement.

Boaz suspected it might be a joke, but he really wanted to believe it was the real deal. Then Panny and Manues went all-in.

I never pass up a chance to under estimate the potential stupidity of a liberal.

I think you meant overestimate.

#25 | Posted by Hagbard_Celine at 2013-02-25 03:41 PM | Reply | Flag:

DUPED!

It takes a right wing sucker to believe this was a serous letter.

"Because it contains some ridiculous assertions and ignorance."
Sounds like what I read here almost daily.

I can't believe anybody thought this was a real letter.

Pany, did you sleep through the whole birther fiasco the Tea Party engaged in?

Did you miss the GOTP's message that they will be "the party of NO"?

Seems like you and the rest of the GOTP are all suffering from selective Alzheimer's.

You, Boaz, Patron, and Manure were all duped. Just get over it and stop making it worse for yourselves.

Now if she talked about free stuff, we would know it was real.

#30 | Posted by matsop at 2013-02-26 12:05 AM | Reply | Flag:

Letter Boazo thought was real = spoof
Boazo = Not a spoof.

Just clearing that up for those in the cheap seats.
